About the graphics card: transcription is only accelerated with an NVIDIA GPU. On machines with AMD, Intel or no dedicated card, it uses the processor (works the same, just slower).
Internet: only the first time (to download the model and languages) and to validate the free trial. With a paid license it works 100% offline.
